Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking for an event is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. After this time you will be offered a reschedule where possible.
No refunds will be issued on the day of any event unless the event itself has been cancelled. Reschedules will be offered where possible and at the discretion of management.
